Terms & Policies

Allergens Found in Our Shop:

  • Nuts and Nut By-Products
  • Eggs and Egg By-Products
  • Milk and Dairy Products
  • FD&C Yellow #5
  • Wheat

Deposits:

  • A minimum $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all small orders placed in-store/online/by phone.
  • Wedding cakes/big reception cakes require a 50% deposit of the final price. Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the special day.

Refunds / Exchanges:

  • Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Once the order is picked up or delivered, it is considered “Accepted”.
  • Customers are responsible for the product once it leaves the shop. Damages during transport or thereafter are not the responsibility of the bakery.
  • Refunds for flavor or texture issues are applicable only if the cake is returned within 24 hours of pick-up and deemed to not meet quality standards. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
  • A refund will be provided as store credit if the cake does not meet expectations upon pick-up or delivery.

Cancellation / Changes:

  • Changes and cancellations to retail orders are accepted up until 7 days prior to the pick-up date. No refunds will be provided after this timeframe.
  •  Full payment is required for cancellations with less notice, except for orders with contracts.
  • For whole cake orders, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick-up date. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable within this timeframe.
  • Last-minute orders (within 48 hours from the pickup date) are final and cannot be changed.
